Role: HRBP
Exp: 3- 8 years
Qualifications: Graduate (PG in HR preferable)
Job Location: Hyderabad/Gurugram
The HR Business Partner is responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. The HR Business Partner works with the executive team to develop and execute strategies that attract, retain, and develop employees. The HR Business Partner also provides guidance and support on employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and recruitment.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Responsibilities include implementing the HR programs and projects in the location.
• Experience for at least 3 years in the role preferred.
• Provide HR support to the location along with the practice.
• Track the Practice level matrices with supporting data.
• Establishing periodic connects with the practice and leaders to provide insight.
• Exposure to IT services organizations essential

• Develop and manage effective employee relations programs.
• Develop and implement effective compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support on recruitment activities.
• Lead training and development programs to ensure employee development.
• Manage employee performance management processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Identify and resolve employee issues.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to recommend solutions.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners.
