Job Description
Primary responsibilities
• Partner closely with business leadership, central HR functions to drive / implement business specific intervention.
• Drive HR interventions and create policy / process awareness.
• Manage end to end performance management cycle, PIP, Appeals.
• Responsible for rich onboarding experience of employees, new joiner connect and hand holding.
• Support in driving closure for new joiner documentation, BGV, KYC in coordination with central ops.
• Work closely in building employee relations with limited period employees and identify pulse.
• Conduction employee engagement initiatives, fun at work activities for stakeholders in business and location.
• Manager operations like F&F preparation, exit management, clearances, data management.
• Manage grievances and employee queries, also take initiatives to reduce queries and enhance experience / awareness.
• Engage with leaders and enhance connect sessions with business team members.
• Coordinate within People & Culture teams for effective delivery to stakeholders.
• Conduct action planning workshops with stakeholders and ensure timely check-ins on the progress made.
• Partner with business leadership on people agenda and take relevant initiatives.
• Conduct diagnosis, analyse quantitative and qualitative data, and develop action plans.
• Prepare and present timely reports / analysis of various people matters / trends.
• Support central P&C initiatives on DE&I, Learning, CSR etc.
Qualifications
Desired education qualification: MBA in Human Resources from tier I / 2 college
Required Skills
Desired relevant experience: 4 - 6 years
