Job Description
BlueMedix is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team who will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. You will be responsible for providing strategic input, insight, and advice on human resources related issues in the following functional areas: talent management, employee relations, compensation & performance, compliance, conflict management, organizational design & development, and training.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Planning:
· Collaborate with leadership team to understand the organization's goals and develop HR strategies that support these objectives.
· Provide insights and recommendations to leadership regarding organizational and human resources related strategy and execution.
2. Employee Relations:
· Act as a point of contact for employees and management regarding HR related issues.
· Provide guidance and support to leadership team and employees on HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws
· Resolve conflicts, mediate disputes, and ensure fair treatment of all employees.
3. Talent Management and Development:
· Partner with leadership team to identify critical roles and develop strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
· Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
· Succession planning to ensure a pipeline of future leaders within the organization.
4. Performance Management:
· Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
· Address performance issues and recommend appropriate actions.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
· Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits administration. Ensure they are competitive within the industry and align with organization’s objectives.
· Ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations.
6. HR Policy and Compliance:
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and consistency across the organization. Stay updated on employment laws and regulations.
· Handle legal matters related to HR, such as employment disputes or investigations.
7. Change Management:
· Lead or support organizational change initiatives, such as restructuring or mergers, from an HR perspective.
· Assist in managing the impact of change on employees.
8. Employee Engagement and Satisfaction:
· Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
· Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans.
+. HR Technology and Analytics:
· Utilize Human Resources Information Systems to manage HR data and streamline processes.
· Utilize HR data and analytics to assess trends, measure HR program effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
10. Communication and Training:
· Communicate HR policies, changes, and updates to employees and management.
· Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on HR-related topics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, or Master’s degree in related field with post qualification experience of 4 to 6 years.
· Proven experience as Human Resources Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the retail or pharmaceutical industry.
· Strong track record in organizational and talent development as well as capability building.
· Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations.
· Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
· Strong ethical and professional conduct.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
· Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
· Attention to detail and organizational skills.
· The candidate needs to relocate to Patna, Bihar before joining.
