Responsibilities
We need nimble-footed fast learners whose primary goal is to partner with the Business to ensure its success. Some of the key responsibilities (in addition to the standard BUHR/HRBP responsibilities) would be
• Understanding Business, Employee Pulse & Partner BU/SBU Leaders to enhance and drive the required behavior, ensuring desired business outcomes
• Up the Talent Quotient by reducing the talent gaps in the workforce through initiatives like capability building, cross-skilling, pushing for certification completion, role elevation etc.
• Ensuring and getting the right Talent aligned to the BU/SBU and organizational goals and objectives
• Work with an agile mindset, being comfortable and responsive to organizational changes and effectively communicating them to relevant stakeholders
• Understanding of Performance pay parameters and methods
• Good understanding of Total rewards, salary benchmarking, etc.
• Design, Develop and Drive various high-impact projects/ talent initiatives, especially for Top Talent and HiPots
• Partner with LnE to design and implement the learning charter and culture
Qualifications
Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least an MBA or Masters in Human Resources along with:
• 8-12 years experience (we have multiple positions across experience levels) driving the BU objectives as a People Success Business Partner, preferably in a similar industry.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
