Job Description
• Go to person for leaders and functional HR Busines Partners to ensure the correct and smooth set up throughout the Employee Lifecycle. Oversees consistency in HR policies and practices across all Radiometer Functions. Guides leaders and Functional Business Partners to ensure this.
• Work closely with stakeholders in TA, hiring managers and functional leaders to ensure recruitment of right talent into the organization. Be actively involved in deciding on selection, compensation fitment and drive for improvement in team diversity
• Work closely and take joint accountability along with India GM for people priority deliverables on Retention, Development, Engagement, Talent management and DE&I agendas. Implement all required processes, systems, initiatives and continuously improving measures to achieve these objectives
• Ensure People Managers have the right level of knowledge in relation to HR policies and processes. Establish and run a People Manager Community to continuously build and sustain people manager skills.
• Establish Radiometer India onboarding programme for all employees to ensure strong belonging and understanding of Radiometer India and Danaher. Knows our employees and works closely with senior leaders to ensure optimal employee development
• SPEAK UP: Manages, investigates and resolves employee grievances, disputes and complaints
• Drive and support change management agenda for the Organization and co-own building the right positive culture
• Supporting the HRBP for the Radiometer global Sales and Commercial Org. This position will be responsible for driving one or more key HR projects/ agendas with a medium term focus on organization’s people related priorities
