Human Resources Business Partner

We’re looking for a strategic, people-first Human Resources Business Partner to join a high-performing fashion retail business. In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders across Retail and Support Office to drive a high-performance culture and deliver impactful people initiatives across a multi-site environment.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially driven setting and is passionate about enabling people to succeed. You’ll be a trusted advisor on all things people – from employee relations, workforce planning, performance and capability, to culture and engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
Partnering with leaders to drive performance, engagement, and accountability.
Leading employee relations matters and supporting compliance with Fair Work and Retail Award.
Designing and delivering leadership development, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
Driving culture, inclusion, and change management initiatives.
Providing data-driven insights to inform people strategy.
Supporting recruitment and talent pipelines.
Shaping and improving HR frameworks and processes.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within retail or fashion.
Strong understanding of employment legislation and retail award compliance.
Experience working across multi-site teams.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
A proactive, commercial and collaborative mindset.
