Job Description
1. Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and hire top talent, ensuring that staffing needs are met. Implement efficient and effective onboarding processes to welcome new employees to the Durafloor family.
2. Joining and Onboarding: Develop and oversee comprehensive onboarding programs that immerse new employees into our culture, values, and mission. Ensure a seamless joining process, including document verification and introduction to company policies.
3. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal processes that provide timely and constructive feedback to enhance employee growth and success.
4. Succession Planning: Work with leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees, creating a robust succession plan.
5. Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the HR team to design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
6. Training and Development: Identify training needs, design programs, and facilitate learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
7. HR Policy Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws and best practices.
8. Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment.
+. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, helping employees adapt and ensuring smooth transitions.
10. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
11. HR Metrics and Reporting: Create and analyse HR metrics and reports to provide insights for informed decision-making.
Preferred : Male candidates with experience in Manufacturing / Engineering Company
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HRBP in a manufacturing or engineering company.
• Strong knowledge of KRA/KPI implementation and documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A go-getter attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Willingness to travel extensively within India
