Role Definition & Job Descriptions:
Hiring & Onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and key competencies for open positions
Draft detailed job descriptions and person specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and departmental needs.
Recruitment Process
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Offer Management & Pre-Onboarding
Lead compensation discussions and offer negotiations, ensuring offers align with internal equity and market competitiveness
Oversee pre-employment checks (references, background verifications) and manage the transition from offer acceptance to pre-onboarding
Onboarding
Design and execute a comprehensive onboarding program that covers orientation, role-specific training, and cultural integration
Ensure all onboarding materials are updated and relevant, providing new hires with a seamless transition into the organization
Facilitate onboarding feedback sessions with new hires and hiring managers to continuously improve the process
Managing Corporate Staff Lifecycle
Oversee the management of all corporate staff, including performance management, conflict resolution, and day-to-day HR inquiries
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with internal policies
Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and morale-building, creating an environment conducive to high performance and career growth
Employee Relations
Serve as the point of contact for employee relations issues, conducting investigations, mediating disputes, and ensuring resolution in line with company policies
Manage disciplinary processes, including performance improvement plans, terminations, and grievances, while maintaining proper documentation and communication with involved parties
Employee Separation
Oversee the separation process for resignations and terminations ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
Stakeholder Management
Align HR initiatives with business goals and serve as an advisor on HR-related issues.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for talent acquisition, performance, and organizational development.
Partner with leadership to design and implement strategies that drive employee engagement and productivity.
Change Management
Lead change management initiatives, including organizational restructures, employee transitions, and communication strategies to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
Provide coaching and support to managers through periods of transformation and growth, helping them manage their teams effectively
Talent Development
Work with managers to identify training plans for Corporate staff
Develop tailored learning and development programs for Corporate staff
Performance Management
Facilitate performance review processes, ensuring employees receive timely and constructive feedback
Work with Managers to define performance goals and KPIs, aligning them with broader business objectives
Monitor and report on performance trends, using data to identify areas for improvement or recognition
Mailbox Management
Categorize emails into folders based on topics, projects, or importance.Use labels, tags, or color-coding for easy identification and sorting.
Regularly clean and declutter the mailbox to avoid information overload.
Prioritization
Prioritize emails based on urgency and importance.
Set up filters or rules to automatically categorize and prioritize incoming emails.
Mark emails that require immediate attention or follow-up.
Drafting Response
Quickly draft response to the regular e-mails.
Draft responses to critical e-mails after learning in detail about them.
Talent Development
Commit to personal growth and professional development by actively seeking opportunities for self-improvement and learning.
Identify areas for self-improvement and areas that align with career aspirations.
Create a personal development plan with actionable steps and timelines.
