SA Global Advisors, is a rapidly growing, new breed global cross-border investment advisory firm with a presence across Silicon Valley, US and India. We are looking for an enthusiastic, go-getter HR and Strategic Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. The person in this role will have a mix of HR generalist and Strategic Talent Acquisition responsibilities, while supporting business processes, scheduling C-level meetings with investors and management stakeholders, etc. in a fast-paced, technology driven environment.
We’re looking for an outstanding HR professional to provide day-to-day support for a range of HR and TA responsibilities Pune, India. The ideal candidate must excel at multi-tasking, prioritisation and bring impeccable communication with employees and candidates alike and is able to thrive in a team-driven, fast paced environment.
Requirements:
• This position would be a great opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment for those with an MBA/Graduate in Human Resources and 2-3 years of functional experience within the Investment Banking, Venture Capital or Technology industry.
• Co-ordinate and assist in recruitment of senior leadership talent in the Technology industry and HR functions on a day-to-day basis.
• Conduct job analysis for each profile and create appropriate technology industry research and benchmarks.
• Impeccable interpersonal communication and writing skills and effective time-management.
• Proactive approach to HR/Recruiting, with ability to work independently and research/assist with Co to make HR decisions, etc.
Administrative:
• Assisting with routine HR administrative functions such as payroll, leave management, etc.
• Organising and maintaining HR files and records.
• Planning, prep and scheduling of meetings and appointments, effective calendar and email communication management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
