GrayQuest - People & HR Initiatives - Fintech
At GrayQuest, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our People Practices & HR team, to help us build GQ into one of the best/most enriching places to work at in India.
Some Key Responsibilities :
- Org Culture : Work with the leadership team to develop the culture and practices that ensure business strategies and priorities are enabled with the right talent acquisition, retention programs and intended outcomes
- Mentorship : Work effectively, transparently and in a partner-like fashion to advise and influence the founders, the leadership team, ensuring buy-in to key policy and process designs and discipline on company wide implementation
- Performance Management : Lead the implementation & change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system, putting the Talent Management framework in place, Leading the Change Management and OD initiatives
- Coaching : Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to people managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Talent Acquisition : Partner with Recruitment team to support execution of hiring / talent mix / compensation strategies
- Learning & Development : Identify training needs for business we support and partner with L&D to develop and execute programs to address those needs
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified :
- Graduation is mandatory, MBA preferred
- Experience in an early stage (Series A - Series D) funded startup is highly preferred for this role
- Comfortable working in fast paced ambiguous circumstances to forge new policies and ideas
- Demonstrate a people-first approach and exceptional judgment in making people-related decisions
