Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Tasks
Process classification, staffing and other personnel documents
Maintain registration systems, records and files
Prepare staff relations information
Disseminate health and safety information
Provide basic information to clients and the public
Arrange for in house and external staff training
Respond to enquiries regarding personnel matters
Arrange for advertising and posting of job vacancies
Screen job applicants
Administer and score employment tests
Conduct reference checks
