Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements related to establishment and payroll functions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in labor laws and regulations, with proficiency in obtaining various licenses and ensuring compliance across all aspects of human resources.
Responsibilities:
• Obtain and maintain S&E Registration, Trade License Registration, Signages License, and 365 License in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Ensure compliance with CLRA (Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition) requirements, including contract labor management, documentation, and reporting.
• Oversee Notice Board compliance to display mandatory notifications and updates as per statutory guidelines.
• Develop and maintain robust MIS (Management Information Systems) and reporting mechanisms for HR compliance activities.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and implement best practices for HR compliance.
• Stay updated with changes in labor laws and regulations and communicate necessary updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in payroll-related activities, including attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll processing.
• Handle establishment-related tasks such as employee onboarding, documentation, and records maintenance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Diploma in Labour Law or LLB (preferable).
• Proven experience of 4 to 7 years in HR compliance roles, with a focus on establishment and payroll functions.
• Knowledge of labor laws, statutory requirements, and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in HR compliance or related fields would be an advantage.
