Job Summary
This is a unique opportunity to join our Kinetic IT team as an Organisational Development (OD) Advisor. You'll play a key part in supporting and delivering programs that align with our business strategies and priorities, focusing on talent, culture, and performance.
Responsibilities
Implement processes, frameworks, and change initiatives that drive operational effectiveness and support our workforce to thrive.
Provide specialist advice and guidance on Talent Review, Talent Management, Performance, and Succession Planning activities.
Draft proposals, coordinate plans, track milestones, gather insights, and support change initiatives for OD projects.
Requirements
A proven track record in support of managing projects, with experience in Organisational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with LMS and HR systems such as PageUp, Culture Amp, Percipio, or Workday (or similar tools).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels.
