Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Consultant located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Consultant will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additionally, the Human Resources Consultant will provide support and guidance to the HR team and other departments as needed.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Demonstrated experience in managing Employee Relations
• Proficient knowledge in Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Bachelor's or master's degree in human resource management or related field
