Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Consultant at The Catalyst. The Consultant will be responsible for implementation of overall HR management, developing HR policies, setting up end to end HR systems and so on
The role will involve working closely with the client , NO WFH
working from office or client place , excellent personality and communication ,sound on HR practices , ready to travel
7 yesrs of experience in manufacturing will be added advantage
Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Expertise in creating HR policies
• PMS
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• HR certification or relevant degree
