• Employee Relations and Engagement
• Address employee queries efficiently, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Develop and maintain employee relationships, promoting a culture of collaboration and trust.
• Compliance and Legal
• Ensure HR processes comply with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate and secure employee records, adhering to data protection and confidentiality principles.
• Process Optimization and Innovation
• Analyze and optimize HR processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Propose innovative solutions to enhance employee experience, HR efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Data Administration and Reporting
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
• Generate and present actionable insights to senior management, highlighting key trends and recommendations.
• Payroll and Benefits Administration
• Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to address inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages, benefits, and other entitlements.
• Global Mobility and Compliance
• Support global mobility processes, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions for international relocations.
• Maintain accurate and secure employee records, adhering to data protection and confidentiality principles.
• Employee Exit Management
• Oversight offboarding processes, including exit clearance and settlements, maintaining detailed and accurate exit records.
• Ensure smooth transitions for departing employees, minimizing disruption to the business.
• Team Collaboration and Leadership
• Foster a culture of collaboration by supporting HR Help functions, conducting employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and employees, promoting a culture of trust and respect.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of proven experience as an HR Consultant/Operations or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR generalist functions, including benefits administration, talent management, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies used in HR, including data analytics and process optimization.
• Expertise in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with ability to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
• Experience in the IT industry or a similar field, with understanding of technology-enabled HR solutions.
• Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees, promoting a culture of trust and respect.
