Qualifications & experience
2-4 years’ experience in a HR Administrative/ Coordinator role
A bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualification in HR is preferred
Proficient in MS Office suite of applications and HRIS – UKG/SuccessFactors.
Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, prioritization and communication skills
An understanding of and complete commitment to confidentiality.
High level of attention to detail and a can-do attitude
Tasks & responsibilities
Be the first point of contact and support for ANZ employees with HR related queries and be responsible for managing HR shared email inbox
Coordination of all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including end-to-end recruitment process, HR induction, onboarding and offboarding;
Prepare employment contracts and documentation for new hires, contract variation letters for internal staff changes and any other HR correspondence ensuring compliance and process adherence
Effective management, compliance, monitoring and improvement of HRIS, including employee lifecycle systems in place and onboarding and offboarding processes
Provide assistance to HR Manager on cyclical activities such as Talent Mapping, Succession Planning, Performance Reviews, Remuneration Review and other as required
Prepare monthly payroll submissions by following up with Project Managers on timesheets and leave accuracy.
