Complete the E-Verify/background check for the associate onboarding process as necessary
Work with Talent Agents and Allocation Managers regarding interview schedules
File all documents in an organized fashion
Audit employee files across multiple platforms
Order, maintain, and restock office supplies and onboarding documents
Liaise between Array Central HR, Insurance, Benefits, and local brand
Activate and deactivate associate profiles
Keep office common areas tidy and clean
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Perform a variety of secretarial duties such as responding to emails and checking in guests
