Two to three years of experience serving in a Human Resources related role
One to two years of experience serving in a payroll function
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, the ideal candidate for this position acts as a liaison to all facility employees by providing excellent customer service in the areas of Human Resources, Employee Development, and Compensation
Easy adaptability to other computer technical skills
Maintain the HRIS database and generates scheduled or requested reports to assist management
Periodically audit the HRIS database to ensure accuracy
Assist in the development and updating of the Human Resources personnel records
Keep employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in a timely manner
Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements; I-+ forms, background checks, etc
Experience with Automated Data Processing (ADP) a plus
Answer, screen and direct telephone calls and takes appropriate action with a high level of professionalism
Maintain attendance records for all employees (manual and computerized)
Maintain content on BHTV
Maintain a Current Introductory Roster
Act as liaison between employees and payroll
Assist in the employment process by conducting interviews, orientations, and training sessions
File and provide clerical support to the Human Resources Manager and staff
Respond to employee verifications in a timely manner
Maintain Rewards Program/Employee Recognition database
Assists with open enrollment meetings for employee benefits
Maintain employee locker system
Compose correspondence and reports for management as necessary
Provide excellent customer service to employees, supervisors, and managers

Qualifications:
• Education equivalent to High School Diploma plus specialized training equivalent to two years of college
• Two to three years of experience serving in a Human Resources related role
