We are recruiting a Human Resource Coordinator to support the labour resourcing, apprentice management, and end-to-end HR administration within a fast-paced trades environment.

Key Responsibilities
Workforce planning, labour resourcing, and weekly forecasting
Daily coordination of labour transfers across construction sites
Liaison with Site Managers and Operations Managers
Apprentice management including RTO liaison, trade school coordination, appraisals, and government incentives
HR administration: onboarding, employee records, compliance, and terminations
Labour hire coordination and uniform management
HR reporting and workforce status updates to senior management
Skills & Experience
3 - 5 years experience in HR coordination, workforce planning, or resourcing (construction or trades preferred)
Strong administration, scheduling, and reporting skills
Knowledge of apprentice programs and HR compliance highly regarded
Ability to work autonomously in a deadline-driven environment
Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
Tertiary qualified would be advantageous
