We are seeking a highly skilled HR Employee Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and supporting various HR-related systems.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop reports for management and external agencies based on HR data.
• Work on sync error reports to maintain data accuracy in the system of record and other supporting systems.
• Maintain and track human resources management data.
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems, Payroll and Employment Benefits Systems, and Record Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse cultural and economic backgrounds.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Internet, with expertise in Microsoft Excel.
