Position: Human Resources Specialist

As an HR Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing various aspects of the employee lifecycle and supporting the overall HR function.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, paperwork, and introduction to company policies and procedures.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication, employee engagement, and teamwork.
Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs.
Collaborate with managers to establish performance goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback and coaching.
Identify training and development needs and recommend appropriate programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Stay updated on employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks as needed.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Assist in the evaluation and benchmarking of compensation to attract and retain top talent.
Coordinate the annual performance evaluation process and salary review cycles.
HR Data Management:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Generate HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in accordance with legal and company requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and recruitment.
Sound knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
