Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Development Specialist at Phemex in Anand. The Human Resources Development Specialist will be responsible for human resource development, HR management, people development, and personnel management tasks to support the organization's workforce and talent growth.

Qualifications
• Human Resource Development, HR Management, and Personnel Management skills
• Experience in people development and talent acquisition
• Knowledge of HR best practices and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
• Experience in the finance or technology industry is a plus
