Job Description:
In order to ensure legal compliance and the effective execution of the organization's purpose and talent strategy, the Human Resource Director ensures legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Recruits, screens, hires, and trains new departmental employees.
• Handling the entire HR Team on national level.
• Oversees the department's daily work flow.
• Offers Timely And Constructive Performance Evaluations.
• Carries out employee discipline and termination in accordance with company policy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborates with senior leadership to comprehend the organization's objectives and Strategy Related To Staffing, Recruiting, And Retention.
• Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and puts into action policies, procedures, initiatives and training to Support The Organization's Human Resource Compliance And Strategy Needs.
• Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programmes, such as compensation, benefits, and leave, as well as disciplinary issues, disputes, and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, and morale, health and safety, and training and development.
• Establishes and implements best practises for hiring and talent management
• Determines staffing and recruitment needs.
• Reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance. Monitors and ensures the organization complies with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Keeps abreast of trends, best practices, legal updates, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; uses this knowledge to inform upper management of changes in policy, practice, and resources.
• Develops And Implements Departmental Budget.
