Responsibilities
Welcome new hires and lead orientation
Facilitates effective associate relations within the facility
Manage and maintain confidential employee files
Administers and interprets Human Resources policies and procedures
Tracks associate leave of absence
Assist in the administration of employee benefits
Assist in creating and coordinating recognition programs or events
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
Prepares reports as needed
Monitors and responds to unemployment and Workman’s Compensation claims
Audit, enter new hires, terminations, promotions, increases, perform edits in payroll and submit for process

• Associate’s degree in human resources management or related field; bachelor’s degree Preferred.
• 2-3 years general experience in the HR field
