HR Operations Manager
The HR Operations Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment and manage the HR team at a prominent fitness chain. This role requires a proactive professional who can drive talent acquisition and ensure timely closures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Oversee the recruitment team to fulfill manpower requirements within defined timelines.
• Handle hiring for multiple roles, including Sales, Trainers, Operations, and Corporate functions.
• Independently source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for open positions.
• Recruitment Planning & Strategy:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business expansion and seasonal hiring needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower requirements and create hiring calendars.
• HR Operations & Team Management:
• Supervise the recruitment team's performance, allocate hiring tasks, and track progress.
• Conduct weekly review meetings to ensure target achievement and process compliance.
• Reporting & Compliance:
• Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and monthly dashboards.
• Share weekly/monthly recruitment reports with management.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in recruitment or HR management (preferably in the service industry).
