Job Purpose Responsible for providing input and ensuring implementation of the organizational human resource strategy to attract, manage, develop and retain employees to achieve its current and future business objectives. The incumbent will also provide applicable spectrum of HR services and will be responsible for creating culture of performance to build a high performing organization.
Human Resource Management (HRM) • Provide strategic direction for managing and enhancing organization goals
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements with assistance of and coordination with inhouse counsel.
• Drive the Value & Vision of the company as a Value Champion
• Possess extensive experience in heading both Strategic & Operation HR
• Full HRMS implementation at the Organization in coordination with global team
• Work with both local and global HR functional experts (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition) to ensure that the organization is kept up to date with local legislation and legal requirements.
• Organization Structure Redesigning, Workforce Planning & Budgeting, Business Plan, Compensation, Designing Levels & Structures and Competency framework.
• Attrition Analysis & manage talent retention.
