• Job Title: HR Executive
We are seeking an HR Executive to support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department and contribute to the overall business strategy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Managing recruiting and staffing logistics, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Coordinating employee onboarding activities and updating records of new staff members
• Developing and implementing human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with our business objectives
• Administering payroll and benefits programs to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Addressing grievances and managing conflict resolution processes in a fair and timely manner
• Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
• Participating in performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee evaluations
• Collaborating with the executive team on strategic planning and organizational development
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Prior experience in HR is preferred, but not required
