About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive-Recruitment to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, coordinating recruitment processes, and helping the right candidates find the right roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with posting job openings on various job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates and provide timely communication throughout the process
• Maintain candidate databases and update tracking sheets regularly
• Help draft job descriptions and recruitment-related communication
• Support in onboarding selected candidates (document collection, joining formalities)
• Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate experience
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Up to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internships count!)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals like LinkedIn, APNA, etc.
• Ability to handle multiple openings and prioritize tasks
• Friendly, organized, and passionate about hiring the right talent
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

• Sargasan Gandhinagar (Onsite Role)
• Working Days 6 Days week (Mon-Sat)
