What we're looking for
Due to our ongoing expansion, we are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist to be involved in the below activities:
Responsibilities
• Recruit and build a team of able organization’s goal
• Draft and develop a human resources’ policy for the organization
• Implement the human resources policy at all project locations
• Handle employee grievances and provide solution as per the HR policy
• Assist employees on entry and exit formalities
• Assist the project and accounts team with employee and labour payrolls and compliances
• Maintain all relevant records, and documents as may be required as per the compliance laws and other relevant labour and human resources’ laws
Key focus Areas
• Provide day to day support to all the employees in working better to achieve the organizations’ goal and their personal career growth goals
• Help management in evaluating and assessing employee performance periodically
• Develop a sharp and efficient human resources’ policy for the group
• Handle and redress employee grievances on time
• Ensure healthy work environment for all inducing and encouraging productivity
• Prepare and manage documentations for all projects and ensure the group stays compliant to all the applicable human resources and labour laws.
Qualifications
• Possess excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
• 2-4 years of experience in working in HR
