• Hiring and retaining talent for the organisation at the right cost.
• Evaluating candidates salary negotiations, rolling out job offers, preparing reports, etc.
• Initiating joining formalities, collecting necessary data and documents and filing it in
their individual files and maintaining the on boarding tracker.
• Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees.
• Helping make the payroll of the company.
• Calculate Salary Breakup, bonus, TDS & leave encashment
• Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
• Preparing and issuing documents to employees like Offer letter, Appointment letter,
Confirmation letter, PLI letter, Bonafide letter, Performance improvement plans,
Resignation acceptance, Termination letter, Relieving letters etc.
• PF, ESIC, Arrears Calculation.
• Complete all data needed for the annual salary review and the annual performance
appraisal analysis and timely provide feedback/ recommendations to the management.
• Executing the employee’s annual review procedures.
• Creating and approving budgets for all the departments.
• Creating an environment of open communication.
• Coordinate execution of various employee welfare activities across departments.
• Organising important events of the organisation
