Job Responsibilities
· Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins.
· Should have experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Skype and personal.
· To be involved in creating talent pool by head hunting, Job Postings, Mass Mails, Mass SMS etc.
· Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through Job portals, social media, placement agencies, in-house data base, and referrals.
· Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
· Building New Network, maintaining database initiating new contacts is Plus.
· Managing HR Operations like Employee engagement, reward and recognition, training and development, employee welfare, PMS, HRIS, Employee motivation, Event management, Induction, grievance handling.
· Troubleshooting issues related to HR systems, PF, ESI, Payroll & other related compliance.
· Working with team and prioritizing assigned work for timely completion.
· Wage and salary administration.
· HR MIS reporting.
· Work closely with payroll head to ensure timely delivery of salary on a monthly basis.
Skills Required
· Bachelor’s degree with MBA in human resources.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Have superb organizational abilities to process all HR functions.
· Have Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
· Expertise in advance excels.
· Should have knowledge of office administration.
