About the role
Human Resources Senior Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle
from onboarding to exit. As a key member of the human resources team, successful candidates should
have extensive experience in recruitment and HR operations, performance management, and
employee engagement.
We are looking for an energetic, polished individual with exceptional communication skills and a talent
for driving human resources efforts. Successful candidates will gain expertise in managing end-to-end
HR operations including recruitment, performance management and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with the internal stakeholders to gain an understanding of the hiring needs and expectations.
• Develop and update job descriptions as per the specifications and mandates shared.
• Source potential candidates from various job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, IIM jobs etc.)
• Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards.
• Do a thorough screening via telephonic interviews and evaluate the effectiveness of the candidate’s profile.
• Maintaining a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
• Responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders for interviews.
• Handle candidate lifecycle from screening to onboarding.
• Act as a one-point contact for candidates by building strong relationships during the interview process.
• Executing innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
• Responsible for processing background verification as per the agreed TAT and documentation of the report
• Provide advice and support to managers and employees on all aspects of HR
• Executing employee performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual evaluations)
• Planning and designing employees' benefits packages.
• Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees.
• Conduct exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
• Organizing events for the employees.
• Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.
• Maintaining and recording employee attendance and leave management.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Support with all internal and external admin HR related inquiries or requests
• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Review, interpret and recommend policy, process, or improvement programs on all HR areas
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Executive role in a start-up or mid/larger organization
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Masters in HR or related disciplines will be a plus
Ability to work independently as well as part of a HR team.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Experience in managing high volume as well as niche hiring
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
Experience of recruiting across levels
Strong internet recruiting, social networking and database searching skills required
Strong understanding of Keka software preferred.
Well versed with job boards like LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, IIM Jobs etc.
Candidates must possess top notch interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
Awareness of and sensitivity to influence and work successfully with diverse groups of people including senior leaders
Natural curiosity and a willingness to learn.
Exceptional active listening skills.
Good conflict resolution abilities.
