Role: HR Executive
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to scale up the team and support Avekshaa being an employer of choice.
The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience, is a people person, and is persuasive. The individual shall build and maintain relations with Avekshaa team and help them achieve their career objectives.
Essential Responsibilities: (required experience: 2 - 4 yrs.)
• General HR (primary responsibility)
• Aid relations in sustaining a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
• Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and ensure employees satisfaction at the highest levels.
• Induction, joining and exit process implementation.
• HR Admin activities like Leave management, Payroll management, Statutory payments (PF, ESI ...) etc.
• General Administration like secretarial tasks, vendor management and facilities management
• HR practices implementation and improvement
• Update HR manual and HR policies
• HR compliance
• Recruitment (secondary responsibility)
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of the need.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Required Skills & Experience
• Must have MBA with 2 -4 years of work experience with IT companies
• Should have knowledge of Performance Management and career planning.
• HR Policy development and implementation
• Experience on employee joining process implementation, Employee relations, Employee relations, and General Administration
• Experience Grievance handling
• Should have experience on HR MIS system
• Knowledge of the IT industry and services / products
• Training needs and program development and scheduling
• Good to have experience in IT recruitment
Soft Skills Expected
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Self-motivated, pro-active & Enthusiastic
• Good negotiation skills
• High energy level with ability to work well under pressure.
• Outgoing, sociable and good networker
• High on Integrity and Trustworthy
