Job Description
The ideal candidate must have an MBA in HR and 1 to 2 years of experience in HR-related work, including hiring processes. The selected applicant must work six days a week from the office in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, from 0+:30 to 18:30 hours.

Prosavers Financial Services is a start-up in the business of financial product distribution and financial services. The company sells Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Service, Alternative Investment Funds, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Other Insurance Products, Fixed Deposits, Capital Gains Bonds, Non-Convertible Debentures, and Secondary Market Bonds etc. The company also provides fee-based services such as filing income tax returns, will drafting, estate planning, loan application processing, and property buying and selling etc.
Job Responsibilities
• Identifying, shortlisting, and recruiting candidates for various positions
• Handle employee onboarding and relieving processes thoroughly
• Strictly and satisfactorily meet hiring requirements before deadline
• Build relationships with educational institutions and HR professionals
• Drive intership programs for graduation and post-graduation students
• Maintain attendance and leave records across all levels and locations
• Handling all statutory processes including ESI, Gratuity, EPF, & so on
• Explore employee welfare measures and implement after approval
Salary/Remuneration
Up to Rs. 3.00 Lakhs p.a. depending on experience and performance in the interview
