We are Hiring Full Time Human Resource Executive.
Job Types:
• On Site - On Roll
• Full-time,
• Regular / Permanent.
Designation:-
• Human Resource Executive.
Department:-
• Human Resource Management.
Location:- Ghatkopar (Only local candidates required)
Timing & working days:-
• 8 hrs shift
• 6 days working
Compensation:
• 2 to 4 LPA. (Depends on interview).
Job Responsibility and Description:
Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Diploma in any discipline may apply.
Experience:- Minimum 1 Year Experience in a recruitment domain.
Required Skill Set:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Good understanding of the Internet & MS Office is a must.
• Ability to understand technical Job Descriptions & evaluate important keywords to perform the search.
Key Responsibilities:
• End to End Recruitment.
• Handle all HR activities for around 30-40 Employees.
• Handle roles like Manpower Planning, Employee Onboarding / Induction, Statutory Compliances like - PF, ESIC, Shop and Establishment, Min Wages, Employee Exits, etc.
• Manage & Prepare Dashboards, HRMS, etc.
• Responsible for compilation of monthly payroll data i.e., New Joiners, Exits, Leave and LOP, etc.
• Responsible for handling and resolving employee queries within TAT.
• Responsible to maintain employees’ personnel files and records, exit process, periodic and ad hoc reports.
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic recruitment from portals for Sales and Marketing roles.

• Branch Manager/ Regional Manager
