What I will be doing?
• Identify and source prospective candidates on job boards, professional networks, social networks and through referrals
• Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
• Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
• Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard
• Network & build long term healthy relationships with all candidates
• Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and social media)
• Working & managing applicant tracking software
• Planning & Implementing employee engagement activities
• Effectively working on employee branding
• 80:20 into recruitment and operations
