We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Executive to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Senior consultants to manage and execute the full range of HR operations, including recruitment, on boarding, training and development, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Responsibilities
• First and foremost you will manage relationships with the clients assigned to you
• As the account owner you will performance the full gamut of HR activities
• Participate in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate interviews, and reference checks.
• Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Assist with the design and delivery of training and development programs.
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage the performance review process and provide guidance to managers and employees.
• Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as required.
• Participate in HR projects as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR operations.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You could have worked as part of customer service and operations teams as well. But Human Resources as a field should interest you.
