Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team and lead our HR department. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the company’s goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the goals and objectives of the company.
• Manage the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions posting jobs, and reviewing resumes.
• Conduct screening and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation, including preparing welcome packages, conducting new hire orientation, and processing new hire paperwork.
• Oversee the employee performance management process, including developing goals and objectives, conducting performance appraisals, and managing employee disciplinary action.
• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve HR programs and systems, including compensation and benefits programs, employee training and development programs, and employee recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws governing human resources.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in HR management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with HR software, including applicant tracking systems and performance management tools.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage others.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
