Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine the selection criteria.
• Source potential candidates through various job portals and professional networks.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates for future requirements.
• Facilitate induction training and onboard newly joined candidates in H RMS.
• Regularize and update attendance & leaves on timely basis by coordinating with reporting managers.
Required Skill Set
• Graduate in Human Resources with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment preferably in real estate/ hospitality industry.
• Sound knowledge of entire recruitment cycle, job portals and sourcing right candidates for the positions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate between them to close open positions
