Roles & Responsibility –
• End to end recruitment cycle
• Taking care of attendance and time tracking/ PTO and leaves
• Coordinating and maintain health benefit of employees
• Induction and orientation
• Training and development
• Taking care of US onboarding/ Indian Onboarding
• Taking care of exit formalities and asset coordination
• Maintain monthly employee database
• Vendor management
• Employee Engagement
• Taking care of rewards and performance matrix
• HR policy
• Conducting induction and orientation
• Background check / Everify
• 401 k dental and health care benefit maintaining records
Experience – 1 year (HR background)
Salary – Open to discuss
Location – Malad (Mumbai Onsite)
Shift – US shift (6.30 pm to 3.30 am IST)
