Profile:HR Executive
Location:Kalyan (Kongaon),Mumbai
Experience: 2-4 Years
Salary: upto 4 LPA
Description& Responsibilities:
HR Operations
• Knowledge of handling operations part of HR
• Training of HRMS to New joined employees
• Experience in handling blue-collar employees (warehouse HR)
• HR Administration
• Employee engagement activities
• Manage employee grievances
• Assist the HR Department in the hiring process
Onboarding process
• Coordinating with the internal team for email id creation and Laptop allocation
• Mails to employees for onboarding documents and following for the same
• Background verification of employees (IDfy verification)
• Responsible for medical tests of new joined employees and collecting reports
• Induction of employees
• New Joined employees’ announcement
Payroll
• Preparing monthly attendance
• Knowledge of Payroll & Compliances
• Leave and attendance
• Preparing payroll inputs for salary preparation
• Exit Management
Requirements:
• Graduate
• Minimum 2-3 Years of relevant experience as HR Executive
• Well known about labour Laws
• Demonstrable leadership abilities
• Good verbal/written communication skills in English
