Key responsibilities
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new employees.
• Administering and maintaining employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance evaluations.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Managing employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement plans, and vacation time.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinating employee training and development programs.
• Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Overseeing office administration, including facilities management, vendor contracts, and supplies inventory.
• Handling general administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
• Ensuring a safe and secure workplace by implementing and maintaining security protocols and emergency procedures.
Minimum Requirements
1) Education:
• Bachelor Degree Mandatory
• MBA/PGDM (HR) - Preference
• Professional certification in human resources, such as the PHR or SHRM-CP, or other relevant certifications in office administration or management. - Preference
2) Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in relevant domain
