Roles and Responsibilities
• Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
• Responsible for end-to-end employee life cycle management, Operational delivery, Manpower planning/budgeting
• Create hiring plans, ensuring all hiring is as per approved hiring plans
• Conduct interviews, offer conversions for all junior, mid, and senior-level hires
• Offer /Salary negotiation, good knowledge of payroll
• Discuss offers, undertake salary negotiations, and release offers for all selected candidates at mid/senior levels
• Ensure that the reference check compliance is in place for the team
• Handle and own key acquisition projects in addition to monitoring the progress of the projects held by team members
• Generation of various reports/presentations etc. related to hiring
• Ensure updating and maintenance of database (candidate/ consultant/ institute database)
• Train and groom juniors/new joiners within the team and conduct regular reviews with the team to ensure smooth recruitment process
• Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
• Ensure optimal utilization of all sources and manage all sources effectively
• Building high retention actions by ensuring best facilitation is given to employees as per policy
• Basic knowledge of accounting
• Experience in training documentations
• Ensuring employee engagement activities and rewards, recognitions initiatives are on place and has big impact on employee retention
• Being the employee champion so that employee feels ease in reaching out and sharing any concern or feedback.
• Analysis on local employee facility, market wages trend, attrition etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Master's degree & relevant experience
• 3+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
• Proven experience in hiring candidates through various channels
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
• Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar
