HR - Sourcing And Organization Development
Balance Nutrition is a one of its kind digital health business, we address the market for Obesity and Lifestyle & chronic disorders management like Diabetes, Thyroid, Cholesterol, PCOS, etc. via an APP (& web-based model)We are now looking to enhance the current mobile app with the aim of reaching 1 million users over a next 12 months
In sync with this, the aim is to build a great team with a mix of experience and youth that brings in the right blend of experience skill passion, and fire
we are looking a build an HR team again with the same blend of experience and skills in the following areas
Sourcing and Talent acquisition (1 position )
using the traditional as well as offbeat & out-of-the-box techniques for recruitment should have great communication skills and people sense, adept at using social media
Recruitment and Onboarding (2 positions )
adept at interviewing process and closing positions and thereafter taking the entire process of induction onboarding and training support through and through to ensure the new people blend in and are handed over to the department head and talent management team
Talent management (1 position)
this involves understanding the performance management system and the complete HR admin compliance cycle
also will closely work with the senior team to understand working nuances and resolve issues,
Since we have an extensive system of HR management in place we welcome youth with less experience too as training systems are robust
if you have the experience you will be at a senior level and will work closely with the founder
