Role Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR recruitment, operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
