Job Overview:
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources for our company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing the recruitment and selection process, maintaining employee records, providing employee training and development opportunities, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and values
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, benefits information and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, including maintaining knowledge of any changes in legislation that may affect the company
• Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, addressing employee concerns, and resolving conflicts
• Ensure that the company maintains a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
Pay Range: 20,000 - 25,000 per month
