Job Description:-
Recruitment Process:-
• Handling end to end recruitment process from screening, sourcing, scheduling interview with clients, documentation process till on boarding process.
• Sourcing of relevant candidates through, Job Portals, networking and references (Internal and External).
• Understanding the client organization manpower requirements and detailing of specific mandates.
• Experience of working on different job portals for recruitment like LinkedIn, Apna app, Indeed etc.
• Screening and short-listing of CVs, Interview Scheduling, First round interviewing of the short-listed candidates and all follow up actions thereafter till the closing of the position.
• Scrutinizing the resumes and calling up the candidate for preliminary interviews on behalf of the client.
• To conduct preliminary round of interview for junior and middle level positions
• Making daily database in Excel.
Payroll Management:-
• Managing the complete on boarding Cycle (Paperwork, Background Check, etc.)
• Collecting PF, ESIC, Employment details as applicable.
• Ensure files and all other HR related documentation is up-to-date
• Generation of various letters (Appointment letter, Offer Letter, Reliving & Experience Letter) etc.
• Follow-up to the Client for Attendance Sheet, Check attendance monthly via Bio-Metric system and manual register.
• Have to arrange the all necessary statutory forms include Form16, Salary Certified, and PF Joint Declaration.
• Ensuring timely payment of salaries and releasing salary slip.
Eligibility Criteria:-
• Positive and healthy attitude towards work.
• Candidate should be a graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills, spoken and written.
• Good in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Minimum 1 Year of experience of HR filed is preferable.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Ms Office.
