Recruitment Specialist

Location : Vikhroli , Mumbai

Salary: 12000 to 20000 per month

Experience: 1 to 2 years , fresher can apply

Responsibilities

· Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions.

· Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with the hiring manager and internal stakeholders.

· Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies

· Work with a database for sourcing and tracking candidates

· Create a talent pool for future prospects

· Generating recruitment reports on a timely basis.

· Maintaining Trackers and coordinating with the hiring managers

· Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment Cycle.

· Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
• Maintain data of daily phone calls and sales deals.
• Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
• Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

• Any Graduate/Post Graduate interested making their career with Recruitment and Telesales
• Fresher’s with Internship experience in Recruitment are preferred
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Ability and inclined to learn about the position requirement
• Passion about HR and Talent Acquisition methods
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
