What to expect from the role:
• Strategize and drive the Talent Acquisition and recruitment process for junior, mid and senior level hires ; This would include the Hiring Plan, Talent Budgeting, Mapping, Job Analysis and Attracts, Salary Negotiation and On-boarding
• Handle the Performance Management Life Cycle at the Organization level including Goal Setting, Monthly, Quarterly and Year End, KPIs, Internal Benchmarking on Productivity, PIP
